Financial Aid Important Dates

Bookstore Charging
August 10, 2017 – August 31, 2017
This service is available at campus bookstores if you have money leftover (a credit balance) after tuition and fees are paid. Students enrolled in 6 or more credit hours may charge up to $650. Students enrolled in less than 6 credit hours may charge up to $325.

PELL Census Date
August 25, 2017
Your Pell Grant eligibility will be determined by the classes which you are registered for at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) on August 25, 2017, so register early. Credit hours added after the census date cannot be used to increase Pell Grant eligibility for that term. More Pell Census Date information here.

Cost of Attendance
August 25, 2017
Financial Aid Awards will be adjusted after the 16 week drop/add period to reflect a student's actual enrollment status for each term. As a reminder, enrollment status determines financial aid eligibility. More Cost of Attendance information here.

First Time Loan Borrower Refunds Begin
October 9, 2017**

*These are dates that students will begin receiving their financial aid refunds if all required information was submitted by the priority deadline. Financial aid refunds occur when the amount of financial aid disbursed exceeds the amount of your tuition, fees, and books.

**Per federal regulations, first time loan borrowers cannot receive their first loan disbursements until 30 calendar days after the first day of class.
