Its purpose is to process both intra-campus and U.S. mail to its district and campus destination.  Final processing and preparation of the college mail will be conducted at the District Mail Services Office, by the District Mail Services staff. All service of a special nature must be channeled through the Campus Services Supervisor.  District Mail Services will charge-back postage usage to all department units for their mailings on a monthly basis.  The College postage and postage meter(s) shall be used for official college mail only.
