The mission of the Finance Department is to ensure the integrity of the College’s financial operations by providing efficient, accurate and timely financial services to the HCC Community in a professional manner.

The Controller plans for and administers the day to day fiscal operations of the College; and is responsible for sound internal controls and ensuring that the College's objective and goals are efficiently and effectively met while safeguarding the College's assets. The Controller's Office produces the Annual Financial Report and Cost Analysis Report; responds to the College's financial audits, coordinates the development and implementation of the Annual College Budget and produces financial analysis for executive management.
