The HCC Purchasing Department is responsible for all purchasing and contracts for the College within applicable provisions of Florida Statutes and State Board of Education Administrative Rules.

The HCC Purchasing Department determines the appropriate method of competitive solicitation based upon the type of solicitation which will result in the best possible value for the College.


All current competitive solicitations are posted in VendorLink, HCC's web-based vendor registration and competitive solicitation management system.
