    • IT Incident Response policy (Administrative Procedure 9.07) addresses the response to Security Breaches. The college also has a cyber-liability policy through the risk management consortium. In case of a security breach, the provider of the cyber-liability insurance provides guidelines including but not limited to:
      • Root cause of the security breach
      • Notification protocol
      • Mitigation of the cause
