Blueprint to Improve the Student Experience

HCC Student Services and Enrollment Management has developed a comprehensive plan to assist the college with future enrollment opportunities. With the assistance of the CLARUS Corporation, we gathered detailed information about the enrollment experiences of current and future students, and how HCC interacts with the community. This information has been organized into multiple reports serving as the benchmarks for our plan to redesign student affairs and improve the student experience at HCC. We refer to this plan as the “Blueprint to Improve the Student Experience.”
