All eligible state employees must submit the State Employee Waiver Form signed by the employee's supervisor and agency director, and complete the HCC application process if not a currently enrolled HCC student. All new students must complete the HCC application, take the appropriate placement tests and attend orientation and advising prior to registration. Tuition and fees, such as student activity fees, will be waived. Participants will be responsible for the application fee, lab fees and any other "user" fees such as parking.

Register on any campus!
Registration for this program must be done in person on any HCC campus. Registration for each course taken through the Tuition Waiver Program must take place on the first day of the class through the end of the College's Drop and Add period. STATE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE REGISTERED PRIOR TO THE DROP/ADD DATE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO CHANGE THEIR SCHEDULE IN ORDER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FEE WAIVER. Payment with Waiver
