Fitzroy G. Williams, Sr. Fitzroy G. Williams, Sr. teaches for the Pasco County School Distrcit.  He has previously served as a Child Protective Investigator with the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, and a Senior Juvenile Detention Officer with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. Prior to his moving to Florida from the United States Virgin Islands, he had worked in the field of Law Enforcement for over 30 years. In 2002, he retired from the Virgin Islands Housing Authority Police as Chief. Mr. Williams graduated in 1978 with a Masters Degree in Criminology from Indiana State University. He is also a graduate from the FBI National Academy and the Delinquency Control Institute from the University of Southern California. Mr. Williams had taught as a Criminal Justice part-time instructor from 1979-2002 at the University of the Virgin Islands.
