0. J. McDONALD, M.S.

O.J. McDonald has been employed with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office as a Detention Deputy for over 10 years.  In the past he has been assigned to the Healthcare Division, but he is currently assigned to South Division where maximum security inmates are housed.  He began his career in secure detention in his hometown of Ocala, Florida with the Marion Regional Juvenile Detention Center.  Deputy McDonald earned his Masters of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and his undergraduate degree from Saint Leo University.  He is also an Florida Department of Law Enforcement General, Firearm and a DGG Taser instructor.
