Mrs. Delage is the Manager of the Tampa Police Department Forensic Unit.  She began her career with the Tampa Police Department in 1989 as a Crime Scene Investigator. In 2004 she transitioned to a Latent Print Examiner and was appointed its Manager in 2017. In 2009, Mrs. Delage achieved certification through the International Association for Identification and has worked as a contract employee for Ron Smith & Associates, in addition to government employment.  Mrs. Delage has taken many advanced training courses including: Blood Spatter Analysis, FBI Advanced Fingerprint Comparison and Development, and FBI Advanced Crime Scene Photography.  Mrs. Delage is a Saint Leo University Alumnus who earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice.  She teaches photography at the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner facility, Crime Scene Procedures at the Tampa Police Academy, Evidence collection at Tampa International Airport and is utilized by her agency for various training duties. She has been qualified by state and federal courts as a subject matter expert in Latent Fingerprint Comparison.
