The Center for International Education is actively recruiting students from around the world.
We recognize that students (and their parents) may not have discovered the many advantages of attending a community college, and often struggle to understand the complexities of applying to a college in the United States, managing financial issues, and, navigating student visa challenges.

How do I establish a relationship with HCC?
HCC has an evaluation process for new recruitment partners. The first step required to formalize a relationship with the Center is to complete a Preliminary Questionnaire. The Center will review the information provided and check your references.
