You May Have Free Credits
Hillsborough Community College has articulation agreements with institutions to allow students to transfer in credits from high school or industry certifications. Transfer agreements assist HCC students as they transfer to public or private institutions to further their education. Our Academic Advisors can help you with articulation agreements.
High School to HCC
These agreements award HCC credit for approved Career Technical Education (CTE) courses completed while in high school.
Industry Certifications
Use certification you have earned in your industry toward a degree.
PSAV/CCP/Apprenticeships
These PSAV/CCP and Apprenticeship programs can earn you credit toward an AS degree.
Statewide Articulation Agreements
These agreements help students who have completed a qualifying program or certificate anywhere in the state of Florida.
Transfer Agreements
Many colleges and universities accept your AA or AS toward a Bachelor's degree.
Military College Credit
You may be eligible for college credit from your military educational experiences. You may receive college credit for military courses, training, and experiences through various evaluation methods.
