HC Tennis Center – Fence and Gates Project

The HC Purchasing Department will hold a public meeting for a pre-bid conference beginning at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 in Room 108, on the first floor of the Administration Center, at 4115 N. Lois Avenue, Tampa, Florida, 33614-7824, to allow interested Bidders the opportunity to ask questions and receive clarifications concerning this RFB.

A mandatory site visit will immediately follow the conclusion of this pre-bid conference.

Interested parties should become familiar with the site’s location in advance and allow sufficient time to locate available parking. You must report to the Reception Desk located on the 1st Floor. All external visitors are required to check-in, present a photo ID, sign the visitor log, and wear a visitor badge during their stay in the building.

The HC Purchasing Department will hold a virtual public meeting facilitated by a designated HC Procurement Officer and/or his/her designee(s) via Microsoft Teams after 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/29/2025 for the opening, and tabulation of any and all bid submission files uploaded and received within HC’s Workday WSS System in response to this RFB.

In order to be considered responsive, all bid response files must be uploaded into HC’s Workday WSS System and must be received according to HC’s Workday WSS System’s online time clock before 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/29/2025.  Bidders are not required to be present during this RFB’s virtual public meeting for the bid opening and tabulation to be considered responsive.
