After a thorough review of the qualifications submitted and interviews by the short-listed firms, the College intends to recommend to its District Board of Trustees at the February 28, 2024 Board Meeting that a contract be entered into with the following firms (listed alphabetically):

Charles Perry Partners, Inc. of Tampa, Florida 

Foresight Construction Group, Inc. of Gainesville, Florida 

Horus Construction Services, Inc. of Tampa, Florida 

Williams Construction Group, Inc. of Tampa, Florida 

Please be advised that pursuant to section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, and the College’s Administrative Rule 6HX-10-6.08, “Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes.”

After a thorough review of the bids submitted, the College intends to award to Oracle Elevator Holdco, Inc of  St Petersburg, Florida as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder having met all of the College’s bid specifications for a total amount of $274,050.00.
