The College's District Purchasing Department is designated with the authority and the responsibility to execute written procurement documents including, but not limited to purchase orders, contracts, leases, rentals, licenses, and various acquisitions in addition to direct purchases for all goods, materials, supplies, equipment, and services thereby ensuring all of the College's procurement activities are conducted in accordance with established College Administrative Rules and Procedures, applicable State Board of Education Administrative Rules, applicable provisions of Florida Statutes, in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, while adhering to all regulations, ordinances, and sound business practices.
