Pursuant to Chapter 80-150, Laws of Florida, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or hearing noticed herein, such person will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose the person may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
