This rule establishes policy regarding unauthorized entry or trespass on any campus or site owned, operated or controlled by Hillsborough Community College (HCC).
The President or designee shall have the authority to contact the appropriate law enforcement agency who may arrest, or file a complaint of trespass on behalf of the College.
Any person who is not a student, faculty or employee of the College who does not have authorized and legitimate business on the campus, site or facility, owned, operated or controlled by the College, including the student housing complex, who is committing any act that interferes with the regular College activities; or who is destructive may be directed to leave College property, including student housing. Failure to leave College property as directed may result in an issuance of a trespass charge through the local law enforcement agency or court.
