PURPOSE

This rule establishes College policy regarding full-time faculty members at Hillsborough Community College.

RULE

The Board of Trustees of Hillsborough Community College and the Faculty United Service Association of Hillsborough Community College may mutually agree to a contract that will establish College policy for all full-time faculty at the College.

The College President may establish and implement administrative rules and procedures for members of the faculty regarding procedural or rule-related topics not set forth in the contract.
