Fine Dining on the Dale Mabry Campus

Bistro 118, located on the Dale Mabry Campus, in the Humanities Building in room DHUM 118, is a fine dining restaurant experience run by our own Culinary, Hospitality, Restaurant Management and Dietetic Technician students.

The times for lunch and dinner are strictly adhered to, as this is class time for these students. Please understand that there is still clean-up that must be done once your dining experience ends
