Bistro 118

Due to COVID-19, Bistro 118 is closed for the remainder of this semester.

Fine Dining on the Dale Mabry Campus

Bistro 118, located on the Dale Mabry Campus, in the Humanities Building in room DHUM 118, is a fine dining restaurant experience run by our own Culinary, Hospitality, Restaurant Management and Dietetic Technician students.

Due to the nature of this facility, we appreciate your understanding that this is a hands-on learning laboratory for these students. Seating is done through the reservation process on a first come first serve basis. Reservations are pre-paid ($10.00) via credit card at the link below.

The times for lunch and dinner are strictly adhered to, as this is class time for these students. Please understand that there is still clean-up that must be done once your dining experience ends

Hours of operation:

  • Lunch 12:00-1:00 p.m. on Wednesdays, last seating for reserved seats and walk-ins (if available) is at 12:30 pm
  • Lunch 12:00-1:00 p.m. on Thursdays, last seating for reserved seats and walk-ins (if available) is at 12:30 pm
