We strive to maintain a healthy, safe community for our students, faculty and staff. To that end, we are committed to providing a drug-free workplace and learning environment. HCC's Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Program provides information about health risks, legal sanctions, and resources.

HCC prohibits the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of alcohol and controlled substances on HCC premises or as part of an HCC activity. Please reference our specific rules, codes and procedures surrounding drug and alcohol violations.
